Level 1 at a glance
| Grid | 4×4 (12 white cells) |
|---|---|
| Clues | 8 runs (4 across, 4 down) |
| Smallest / largest clue | 11 / 26 |
| Runs with only one combination | 3 |
Hints: where to start on level 1
These clues allow just one set of digits, so they're the best openings:
- 24 in 3 (across) can only be 7 + 8 + 9.
- 17 in 2 (down) can only be 8 + 9.
- 24 in 3 (across) can only be 7 + 8 + 9.
Where an across and a down run with known digit sets cross, the shared digit is often the only one both allow.
